Our Services
Complying Development Certificates (CDC)
Fast-tracked approval process that eliminates the need for a Development Approval (DA) or Construction Certificate (CC). It applies to projects that meet council planning controls or state planning policies.
Construction Certificate (CC)
Required before starting any building work. It ensures that construction plans align with development consent, comply with the Building Code, and meet council requirements.
Occupancy Certificate (OC)
Required before occupying a completed building. The Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) inspects the work to ensure it meets safety and compliance standards before issuing the certificate.
Principal Certifier (PC)
Must be obtained before construction begins. The PC conducts inspections to ensure compliance with Approved Plans, the Building Code of Australia, and Development Approval conditions. Upon satisfactory completion, Occupation Certificate (OC) will be issued.
CDC Pre-Assessment
A preliminary check to confirm if a project qualifies for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC), avoiding the need for a Development Application (DA). Identifies compliance issues for a smoother approval process.
Residential Pool Compliance Certificates
To sell or lease a property with a swimming pool or spa, the owner must have either a Certificate of Compliance, Certificate of Non-Compliance, or an Occupation Certificate for the pool.
BCA Report
A Building Code of Australia (BCA) Report assesses a building’s compliance with safety, health, accessibility, and sustainability standards. Required for CDC, CC, and DA approvals, it ensures regulatory compliance and may be requested by safety authorities.
BASIX Certificate
New South Wales, BASIX (Building Sustainability Index) is a requirement for new residential developments, ensuring they meet specific sustainability targets for water and energy efficiency.
Residential Pool Compliance Certificate
Laws require that if you are selling or leasing a property with a Pool or Spa you must have a current Pool Certificate of Compliance or a Certificate of Non-compliance as part of your contract of sale.
